For an eligible mortgage closed through Chris by a participating member, Chris makes a donation to that member's participating state chapter. Final donation terms and eligibility are subject to the approved program rules.

There is no cost to sign up. Standard mortgage costs apply only if you later choose to apply for and close a loan.
